Biswas visits Karbi Anglong in three MAC constituencies

Diphu, June 5 (EMN): BJP campaigner cabinet Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswas visited in three MAC constituencies for campaigning the saffron party which was started from Lumbajong 18 No. MAC Constituency at Borlangfer, Dhansiri 19 No. MAC Constituency and Singhason 20 No. MAC constituency of Karbi Anglong today.
BJP election manifesto was also inaugurated by Dr. Himanta Biswas at Borlangfer in presence of CEM, KAAC Tuliram Ronghang.
The manifesto of Karbi Anglong BJP for the KAAC General Council Election 2017 included with priority given to autonomous state issue implementation of Article 244 (A) of the constitution of India, the long standing issue.
The implementation of MoU and MoS the accord that were signed between the Union Government, State Government and representatives of Karbi Anglong peole in 1995 and 2011 respectively, to provide road connectivity to every village from the two district headquarters under KAAC, sport development, electricity issue, to increase funding of KAAC, unemployment problem, to make Karbi Anglong a tourist centre, quality education, hospitals and health centres, adequate safe drinking, bus transport connectivity and border protection, to demarcate all borders with RCC pillars and to set up police outposts at strategic locations.
Addressing the meeting Ronghang said that, after BJP party victory in central and state, KAAC has received 20 percent increase in annual budget.
He said the party monitored towards corrupts employees of the schools and 114 school teachers and other block employees were suspended from their job. In recent incident the IAY scam four employees were kept behind the bar, added Ronghang.
On his visit, Biswas said that Diphu Medical College which is under constructing is likely to inaugurate in November 2017.
1000 unemployed youths will be given in 3rd and 4th grade from the local youths, free text books for higher secondary student will be given by the BJP, free admission to the poor student will be provided in the district and more hospital will be upgrade in the district added by Dr. Himanta.
The meeting was attended by Jagiroad MLA Pijush Hazarika, Diphu MLA Sum Ronghang, Raton Teron, President EKADC-BJP and other dignitaries.
