KOHIMA — Bishop of Kohima diocese, Rev. Dr. James Thoppil, officially released "Ntho Bible Ntsata Ethan," a Catholic version of the New Testament in Lotha language, during the golden jubilee of the Kohima diocese at Kohima Cathedral on October 28 evening.

He expressed delight that many tribes in Nagaland are translating the Bible into their respective languages and expressed confidence that it would meet the spiritual needs of the believers.

Rev. Fr. Abraham Lotha expressed his joy at having successfully compiled the holy book in their language. He thanked the Lotha Catholic Union on their achievement. He also expressed gratitude to the translators, donors, church community, well-wishers, and all those involved in the translation of the Lotha Bible.
