Dimapur, April 24 (EMN): Dimapur District Legal Services Authority (DDLSA) conducted a legal awareness seminar at Bethesda Higher Secondary School, Walford Colony, Dimapur on April 24.
Speaking on the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, Ajongba Imchen, secretary DDLSA and chief judicial magistrate Dimapur stressed on how legal aid could be availed by common people. He also highlighted on the main purpose of organizing legal awareness seminar. Vimeo, Panel Lawyer DDLSA spoke on Right to Information (RTI); Child Abuse by Sentimenla, Panel Lawyer DDLSA; Environment Protection by Dziivinuo Chadi, Panel Lawyer DDLSA; Cyber Crime/Anti-Ragging by Zuchumpeni, Panel Lawyer DDLSA and Consumer Act by Rokovitsu Khate, Panel Lawyer DDLSA.
Zacharia Tetseo, Panel Lawyer DDLSA, chaired the seminar, while welcome address was delivered by M.K. Money, principal of Bethesda Higher Secondary School.
