Bethenny Frankel has been caught up in more court drama after a judge warned her to stop wearing her daughter’s clothes. The reality star turned business mogul was criticized yesterday for showing “poor judgement” when posting a picture online of herself wearing four-year-old Bryn’s Hello Kitty pyjamas, with Justice Ellen Gesmer telling her the decision was “ridiculous”. “No more pyjamas!” said the judge. “It’s not a joke. Her child is not a joke.” she added when Bethenny’s lawyer Allan Mayefsky tried to downplay the event. Presiding over a hearing between Frankel and ex-husband Jason Hoppy relating to financial information, she went on to remind the star that the internet will now store the image forever. A trial to divide the $55 million fortune Bethenny holds is expected to take place in the coming months. A former battle over child custody rights took 16 months to resolve, but the two agreed to share parental duties in June.
