Winners of the various categories of belt and freestyle wrestling on Wednesday evening at Amphitheatre, Kisama in Kohima.
Kisama, Feb. 15 (EMN): In a first of its kind in the state, the Angami Sports Association (ASA) on Wednesday organised belt and freestyle wrestling marking its 51st meet at Amphitheatre, Kisama in Kohima.
The constituents of ASA -- Northern Angami Sport Association (NASA), Southern Angami Sports Association (SASA), Chakhroma Youth Organisation (CYO) and Western Angami Youth Organisation (WAYO) -- competed during the meet.
Earlier, Pelesielie Khezhie, President of Nagaland Contractors and Suppliers Union (NCSU) graced the inaugural programme as the special guest and later Roko Angami, president of Nagaland Football Coaches Association (NFCA) was the guest of honour for the valedictory function.
