Dimapur, May 25 (EMN) : The chairperson of an organisation Burma Campaign Society, Akiko McDonald, called on Nagaland Governor PB Acharya at the Raj Bhavan in Kohima on May 25.
Information available on Thursday stated that McDonald said during the meeting that the organisation aims to ‘collect historical data, war memoirs, photos, films etc.,’ and provide access to the ‘international public.’ The society also aims to actively participate in war memorial services in Japan, India, Burma and UK, it was informed.
The McDonald had also met with the chief minister of Nagaland Dr. Shurhozelie Liezietsu on May 24, it was informed.
