Bandh impedes KFC reopening

Dimapur, Feb. 18: In the backdrop of unfortunate fire incident on January 26, an eatery outlet popularly known by its acronym KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is trying its best to resume catering to the need of the customers.
It may be mentioned here that KFC outlet was ravaged by short circuit on January 26, which remained close till date.
During a short interaction, some of the staff and workers informed Eastern Mirror that KFC restaurant is undergoing renovation and soon expected to re-open as their project team has sent some accomplished workers from Delhi to finish the work within a month.
However, they added that the work was slightly prolonged as the workers could not start the work on time due to the bandh called by the Joint Action Committee and others organisations.
