During the visit, the club members distributed various types of stationery items and gifts to the school children. Addressing a brief gathering, the president of Balijan Youth Club underscored that right of children to get free and compulsory education, Parliament Enacted Act on August 4, 2009 on importance of free and compulsory education for children between 6-14 years. He said it is the fundamental right of every child to empower and enrich the value of education. He also encouraged the parents to send their children to the nearest school as education is the only door to elevate ignorance from the society. President further stated that education empowers students to stand on its own feet and reap the benefit of bright career in future. The visiting team also interacted with the teachers and asked them availing the facilities providing by the government for the students.
