
WOKHA — Bailey Baptist College in Wokha celebrated its 28th foundation day on Monday.
T Penthungo Lotha, acting principal, speaking on the occasion, emphasised the importance of stakeholder participation in stimulating desired changes and development within the institution, according to a press release.
He highlighted the achievements and history of Bailey Baptist College, encouraging a collective effort for continuous improvement through the college administration, the governing body, and the proactive roles of the church.
Dr. Apeni Lotha, president of the governing body, also addressed the gathering, commending the students for their academic performance. She praised the proactive roles played by both staff and students in driving the college’s progress and urged the students to continue their hard work and dedication.
The event also featured the felicitation of graduates, who were honoured with mementos and certificates for their accomplishments.
