Autumn Cup: ZVFC, Team Medziphema register wins

DIMAPUR —  Zeliangrong VFC (ZVFC) and Team Medziphema (TM) registered wins on day five of the ongoing Autumn Cup 2023 held at Medziphema.

In the first match, ZVFC defeated Tsiepama YST 4-1, with the first goal for the club coming in the 25th minute through the boots of Lima. Gigin then went on to score a hat trick in the 40th, 59th and 61st minutes. The consolation goal for TYST came in the 36th minute from Pelekhoto.

The second match saw two old-timers from Medziphema - Team Medziphema and United Falcon Club - battling out in the field. Team Medziphema found the net early in the 9th minute with a shot from Kedilhoukho. Thereafter, Kesevituo went on to seal the game with a hat trick in the 17th, 30th and 33th minutes.
