Administrative Training Institute conducts valedictory programme for the Nagaland Civil Service probationers batch of 2024 in Kohima.

DIMAPUR — The Administrative Training Institute (ATI) conducted the valedictory programme for the one-year foundation course of the Nagaland Civil Service (Probationers) [NCS (P)] batch of 2024 at ATI, Kohima, on November 29.
According to an update, 16 officer trainees of the NCS (P) batch of 2024 have been undergoing the foundation course since December 2024.
The programme was chaired by Kaholi Sema, joint director of ATI. A brief report of the training was given by Dr. A Alem W Longchar, assistant director and course coordinator.
Two officer trainees shared their experiences regarding the training, which included classroom sessions, attachment to various departments, and a 'Bharat Darshan' tour to Kerala, West Bengal, and Tripura.

The special address was delivered by V Shashank Shekhar, director general of ATI, additional chief secretary (Agriculture) and agricultural production commissioner.
Shekhar congratulated the trainees and acknowledged the contributions of their families and communities. He urged them to give back to society by setting an example of hard work, integrity, and dedication. He also noted the importance of taking care of one’s health and nurturing human relationships.
