The Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur (ASTD) in a meeting released the work distribution for October 2 social work with theme ‘Social Work for Humanity’. The Civil Hospital, Dimapur will be covered by the Ongpangkong range, Referral Hospital (CIHSR) by three ranges- Langpangkong, Changkikong and Tsurangkong while Naga Cemetery will be covered by Asetkong and Japukong.
Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur officials also informed that the donors have already started contributing bloods fir the Blood Band at Civil Hospital. ASTD also appreciated various donations and contribution rendered both in cash and kind by various Ao unions and groups.
Mass social work which is organized by ASTD will be represented by both men and women from all 6 ranges under Ao tribe living in Dimapur.
The social work will witness voluntary blood donation, social awareness poster campaign which will be send to all the districts of Nagaland and prayers for patients in hospitals.
Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur has requested all the six ranges to part take in the mass social work without fail for a grand success.
