Dimapur, June 22 (EMN): Assam Rifles of Shamator unit under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) assisted civil administration in restoring Noklak-Tuensang road, disrupted due to a major landslide which occurred on Monday following heavy rainfall.
The road being the only lifeline of two towns in Shamator was restored with collective efforts, stated an update.
The residents extended their appreciation and lauded the Assam Rifles personnel for their assistance.
