Dimapur, Feb. 5: Assam Rifles Public School (ARPS) will conduct an entrance exam at Dimapur, Imphal, Agartala and Jorhat Nodal Centres for selection of Below Poverty Line (BPL) students for studying in ARPS under the Sponsorship of North Eastern Council (NEC) on February 12.
Students should be in possession of the following documents during the admission to verify socio economic background:
1. Annual income not more than Rs 60,000/- per annum.
2. Aadhar Card/Ration Card endorsing BPL (Below Poverty Line) status duly certified by Govt representative/issuing authority.
3. Certificate duly signed by Gram Pradhan/Village Headman stating that living standard of parents of the students is Below Poverty Line.
4. Character certificate of last two years duly signed by the principal of the school in which the student had last studied.
5. Result sheet of past two years duly verified by principal.
