Assam Rifles nab one ‘arms dealer’

Dimapur, Sep 13 (EMN): Basing on specific information regarding presence of an arms dealer, 32 Assam Rifles and State police representative launched an operation in Signal Basti, Dimapur, on September 11 and arrested one person with arms and contraband drugs.
According to a Assam Rifles press release, the accused was identified as Puloka Achumi (37) and resident of Signal Basti, Dimapur. The team also recovered one .32 mm pistol (Made in Germany) with magazine and 480 capsules of Spasmo Proxyvon from his possession.
The accused alongwith the recovered items were handed over to Urban Police Station, Dimapur, for further investigation, it added.
