Dimapur, July 3 (EMN): The Assam Rifles of Kohima battalion under the aegis of HQ IGAR (North) extended a helping hand to a quarantine centre (Baptist Church) in Kohima by contributing food items and basic essential on July 2.
In a separate event, the Phek battalion facilitated transportation for conveyance of a patient, who had to be evacuated to District Hospital Phek.
The family members and hospital management extended their gratitude to the Assam Rifles for their assistance, an update stated.
