Assam Rifles donates computer and UPS to Meluri Women’s Society

DIMAPUR — Assam Rifles, under the leadership of Cdr 7 Sector Assam Rifles, handed a computer and an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) to the Meluri Women's Society at COB Meluri.

In a press statement, the force said that the Meluri Women's Society is a prominent organisation working tirelessly for the upliftment of females in the area and combating social issues. These resources will enable the society to enhance its administrative and educational capabilities, furthering its noble cause.

Twenty members of the Meluri Women's Society received the digital equipment and expressed their gratitude by presenting a traditional waistcoat to the seniormost representative of the Assam Rifles, it said.
