Assam Rifles conducts pre-recruitment training and seminars

Dimapur, Sep. 22 (EMN): Khonsa Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis HQ IGAR (N) is conducting pre-recruitment physical training at Wakka from September 14 till October 3, 2020, an update stated.

The aim of the event is to select desirable candidates who will be assisted with training for the Army

recruitment rally, it informed. Apart from this, youths are also being briefed about various career opportunities in armed forces. 32 youths from different villages in the AOR are participating in the physical training, it added.

Khonsa Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (N) organised a motivational seminar for local youth at Kunsa on September 21. The aim of the event was to review the security situation in the region and to develop cooperation between the civilians and security forces, it stated. 45 youths from different villages in the AOR participated in the seminar.
