DIMAPUR —The Assam Rifles apprehended one cadre of NSCN-K (Isak) following a special operation launched on January 15 in the general area of Zunheboto, acting on specific intelligence.
According to an update received here from PRO, HQ IGAR (North), the individual possessed various illegal weapons, ammunition, stamps, seals, and extortion slips.
The apprehended individual and the recovered stores have been handed over to the police, it said.
