- DIPHU — In a bizarre incident, thieves stole
four wheels (tyres) from a parked Maruti Grand Vitara bearing registration No.
AS-02AN-9434 in Umrongso town under Dima Hasao district, Assam, last night.
- According to the owner of the vehicle, he had parked his car
approximately 50 meters away from his place with the intention of washing it on
Tuesday. However, when he returned in the morning, he found his car being
supported by bricks with all four tyres missing. The incident has been reported
to the local police in this connection. No arrests have been made till the
filing of this report.
