AR recovers WY tablets in Manipur

Dimapur, Dec. 13 (EMN): 12 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (South) recovered 1335 numbers of WY tablets worth Rs 6.675 lacs. A press note issued by the Inspector General Assam Rifles (South) mentions that on Dec. 12 based on specific information at around 1:15 pm one blue coloured Pulsar motor cycle travelling from Moreh to Imphal was stopped for checking at PVCP, Khudengthabi, Tengnoupal district. During the checking the vehicle was found in possession of 1335 numbers of WY tablets, which were hidden under the seat of the motor cycle, stated the release. The recovered items along with apprehendee is said to have been handed over to Moreh Police Station.
