Dimapur, April 11 (EMN): 36 Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters IGAR (N) provided assistance to Athibung Youth Club for conduct of Football Tournament at Athibung village and St Francis School, Tening for conduct of annual sports meet on April 11 at Peren district.
The AR assisted in providing sports equipments, tents and chairs etc. The event was followed by motivational lectures on topic ‘Join Armed Forces’ and ‘Drug abuse and importance of sports’ for children and youths.
