AR nabs NSCN (IM) worker

Dimapur, Sep 1 (EMN): Basing on specific information, troops of 32 Assam Rifles alongwith police representative launched a search operation in Railway Station, Dimapur, on August 28 and arrested one person with incriminating documents. During the search, troops of Assam Rifles apprehended one identified as Inato Kibz (30) and resident of United Colony, Ward No. 20. The troops recovered incriminating documents and extortion money approximately Rs 8,000. Assam Rifles press release stated that the individual had confessed working as an OGW of NSCN (IM) and was actively involved in extortion related activities in Dimapur and adjoining areas. The individual alongwith the recovered items were handed over to East Police Station, Dimapur, for further investigation, it added.
