Dimapur, Feb. 19: As part of grassroot level perception management activities, troops of 36 Assam Rifles carried out an interaction with participants of ‘We unite tour’ on February 17. The tour is an adventure expedition being conducted in Peren district.
The expedition was aimed at boosting adventure activities within the district besides exploring the rich cultural heritage and also to create awareness on various issues such as sanitation and health.
During interaction with ‘We unite tour,’ various issues and ideas were brought out which could be promulgated through expedition. The members of ‘We unite tour’ appreciated and expressed gratitude for various development projects undertaken by Assam Rifles in Peren district.
