Dimapur, Jan. 30 (EMN): A team from IL&FS Skill Development Corporation Ltd, a designated training partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has conducted training for a job of ‘security supervisor’ and ‘supervisor hospitality sector’ to Assam Rifles personnel proceeding on pension.
The training was aimed at imparting retiring Assam Rifles personnel with the right set of skills based on their existing expertise so as to improve the quality of their post retirement life.
A total of 189 personnel attended the training. The training was a result of an MoU signed between Assam Rifles and NSDC in December 2017 in order to help the government harness untapped human resource of the disciplined force and at the same time pave the way towards a second career post-retirement for Assam Rifles personnel.
