AR conducts drawing and painting competition

Dimapur, June 25: The Tulihal Battalion of Keithelmanbi Sector Assam Rifles, under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South), organised a drawing and painting competition at Government School Choubung Kampany in Imphal West district of Manipur state on June 24. The team was divided into two groups i.e Primary and Middle School section for the competion. A total of 70 students participated in the competition and were given the freedom to decide their own theme. It was a platform for the students to express themselves through art and showcase their creativity, AR statement said. The students responded beyond expectations with their brush and colours. After the competition, prizes were distributed. It said the endeavour of the Assam Rifles to reach out to the children of Manipur was warmly welcomed by the staff and deeply appreciated by all.
