Dimapur, June 5 (EMN): Aqahuto Area Students’ Union (AASU) has organised a felicitation programme for successful candidates of HSLC and HSSLC examinations 2018 at Shitovi village on June 3.
Assistant Commissioner of Police ‘B’ division, Dimapur, Shikato Swu, in his address, encouraged the students to keep their aim high and be sincere and devoted to their studies. He has cautioned the students not to misuse social media but to manage their time in appropriate way so as to succeed in life.
MLA Azheto Zhimomi, in his short speech, advised the student community to work and strive hard in order to achieve their goal in a competitive world.
Head GB of Kiyeto village, Benjamin Aye, urged upon the students never to take pride of their education but to be humble and God fearing.
Altogether 130 students were felicitated on the occasion. The programme was chaired by Hukavi and Kahoni, while the welcome address was delivered by Toka Chishi, president AASU, while Azhatoli Zhimo presented a song and Zakali Aye, AASU general secretary, proposed the vote of thanks.
