Respected Sir/Madam.
It is my pleasure and humble request and lay down the following few lines on behalf of Ao, Sumi, Lotha RMSA Language Teachers aspirants candidates from your esteemed authorities.
Ever since the advertisement for recruitment of RMSA language teachers was published on dated-14th Dec 2013, against the several posts of Ao, Sumi, Lotha and Tenyidie and the written exam was held on 24th May 2014 and result was declared on 27th June 2014.
After the declared of written result, the department has turned deaf ear and remained silent for more than 1 (one) year instead of conducting the viva-voice.
In regard of this matter, we made several appeal to the department for early conduct of viva-voice and even we went for many times agitation fighting with corruption and to deliver justice.
After we faced all these turbulent situation the department finally took us the viva-voice on 11-08-2015 and declared on 30-11-2015.
When the department declared the result we all came to know that the so called declared result was quite unfair and completely out of our expectation where the department play a tricky game within us. In spite of this, Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur served 30 days ultimatum to the department asked to explain why only five candidates were selected in Ao subject against 20 posts.
Also Ao Senden and Ao Students Conference have served an ultimatum on 21st January 2016 to the director of RMSA, Nagaland demanded response latest by January 31st 2016, in which only five candidates were selected against 20 posts.
On 28 January 2016 another ultimatum have served by the Lotha Hoho to the department demanded why only three Lotha Teachers were selected against 10 posts while Tenyidie were selected 30 in against of 21 posts advertised and five in waiting list.
Apart from, serving an ultimatum Central Nagaland Students’ Association and Lotha Youth Hoho, urged several times to the department to settle down the issue at the earliest for the interest of Ao, Sumi and Lotha.
However, in order to made our demand, the department neglected it and re-advertised the remaining post on 22nd March 2016, and the time frame of submitting application is on before 30th April 2016, which we called it as “Bogus Advertisement” or is it the department of school education recognized only five Government school in Mokokchung District, three Government school in Wokha District and six Government school in Zunheboto District? We appreciate your valuable support and hardwork in what you have done to us, but still the department has turned deaf ear and blind eye instead of settle down the issued. We therefore earnestly, urge/request your esteemed authority to play a pivotal role to settle the issued at the earliest in the greatest interest of aspirants and public in general in three respected tribes among the Nagas.
Your early action shall be very necessary towards this matter. Looking forward your kind gesture and understanding.
