Dimapur, May 15 (EMN): Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur (ASTD) while expressing pain over the May 13 bomb blast, at the office of Dimapur Gas Agency, at Midland, Dimapur, stated that Nagas had adopted the gun and bomb culture while manning the affairs of the modern welfare state.
ASTD has vehemently condemned such notoriously coward act and urged upon the administration and the law enforcing agency to immediately arrest the culprits when the ‘iron is still hot,’ so that the undesired shape will be hammered out in a desire shape and ultimately society will be free from the cannon of terror.
It also urged upon the perpetrators to come out openly and have dialogue with the concerned proprietor if there is any misunderstanding between them. “Nagaland has hardly 19, 78, 502 population which is not even a half of a population of a sector in other states. But comparing with the notoriety we have surpassing many states which is not admirable” stated the ASTD president, Supu Jamir and general secretary, C.Onen Walling.
ASTD appealed to all section of people of the State to shun from violence and resort to peaceful means.
Further, ASTD cautioned that under no circumstances it will neither allow nor tolerate any Individual or group for threatening the citizen through guns and bombs.
