Dimapur, August 3: The All Nagaland Unemployed Diploma Engineers Association (ANUDEA-CEMA) has appealed to Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) and concerned authority of the Engineering Service Rule to follow 40% reservation for diploma holders that has been done till 2013 in the combined Technical Examination for the post of Junior Engineer (J.E).
ANUDEA-CEMA president Sentilo Magh and general secretary Aboka Awomi in a press release said, with reference to the Engineering Service Rule of 2006 and 2012, the reservation of 40% for diploma holders was not mentioned.
The Association mentioned that the reservation ratio for diploma holders which included in the Engineering Service Rule 1997 were followed till the year 2013 despite of absence of reservation with the framing of Engineering Service rule 2006 and 2012, and only in the year 2014 and 2015 the reservation was removed.The ANUDEA informed that it has made some earlier press release and also submitted applications consecutively on May 2 to the Chief Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, Engineer-in-Chief and Chief Engineers of concerned departments.
