KOHIMA, APRIL 10
Expressing deep concern over the non-release of appointment orders to the selected candidates of Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) examination for secondary teachers, the All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has conveyed its solidarity to the candidates.
In a release today, ANCSU appealed to the concerned authority to immediately look into the matter as the “delay tactics” is hampering not only the careers of the selected candidates but also of the students.
“The 111 selected candidates to be appointed in the second and third phase are denied till date and the reason is best known to the concerned authority,” the release stated. The organization reminded that the results were declared on November 30, 2015 but the selected candidates are kept deprived and victimised to such extent. The situation gives “full impression of the government unspoken policies” which had affected the selected candidates mentally and morally, the ANCSU alleged.
It further extended its full support to the agitation launched by the selected RMSA candidates who have not received their appointment order until justice is delivered.
The release was endorsed by ANCSU president, Zhoku Thuluo and general secretary, Benjong Longchar.
