Dimapur, May 15 (EMN): The Nagaland Ad-hoc Teachers’ Group (ANATG) 2015 batch of Dimapur unit has extended its support to the decision of the central body for the pen down strike starting from May 16 to the 18th. A press release from the group informed on Tuesday.
A press release from the unit stated that the ultimatum served on April 30 for service regularisation to the state government expired on May 11.
“We no longer trust the verbal assurances from the government of Nagaland and demand that instead of giving empty promises and assurances, to regularise our services at the earliest,” it stated.
The unit said it will continue to exercise their rights till their demand is met. Further, the unit extended its support to any course of action initiated by the central body.
