DIMAPUR, JULY 17: All Nagaland Ad-hoc Teachers’ Group (ANATG) 2015 Batch has urged the competent authority to conduct suitability test without any further delay for the smooth functioning of teaching profession in particular and the department in general.
In a joint statement, ANATG 2015 Batch president, N Renbomo Kikon, and the general secretary, I Temsuchiba, said ANATU 2013 batch case has been already settled from the month of June 2016 through regularisation of services whereas suitability test of 2015 batch for regularisation was yet to be conducted despite the directive from the Directorate of School Education and Secretariat Education Cell which was scheduled between June 16 to July 15.
It also pointed out at the office memorandum of Personnel and Administration Reforms (P&AR), which ordered for regularisation of those contract/ Ad-hoc employees who have completed more than 3 (three) years of continuous service against sanctioned post.
In the light of the above stated circumstances, ANATG has apprised the competent authority to conduct the suitability test without any further delay for the smooth functioning of teaching profession in particular and the department in general.
