[dropcap]A[/dropcap] cultural festival ‘Songs and Dances of North East’ (SDNE Fiesta) was organised by North Eastern Council in collaboration with Meghalaya government on Saturday at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. Top bands & artiste from North East India like Shillong Chamber Choirs, Soulmate, Lou Majaw, Rewben Mashangva, Alobo Naga & the Band, Amit Paul performed at the same stage during the one day long festival.
The festival was organised to showcase the rich vibrant, cultural ethnicity and diversity of North East India with a goal to deliver and exhibit the best of NE.
It was a daylong festival where visitors got the taste of the North East food along with songs, dances, culture, and much more while bringing the people together under one platform of unified diversity.
