Dimapur, Dec. 18: Nagaland Cricket Association is all set to host the last Group Match of the All India Cooch Behar (Under-19) four-day cricket match between Madhya Pradesh and the combined Associate and Affiliate team of the BCCI at Nagaland Cricket Stadium, Dimapur from December 19 to 22.
Earlier, the NCA also hosted another match of the CB Trophy from November 14 to 17. The Associate and Affiliate members team of BCCI has been picked up from Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Sikkim, Arunachal and Bihar. Nagaland has four of its Under-19 players in the A&A team namely, Sedezalie Rupreo, Puchu Das, Nagaho Chishi and Tahmeed Rahman. The team has lost to Gujarat in the first match at Dimapur, second to Saurashtra at Rajkot, third to Hyderabad at Hyderabad, fourth to Jharkhand at Patna and have managed to draw the fifth match with Karnataka at Bangalore.
The match will start at 8.45 am daily and will be played up to 3.45 pm. The BCCI has already sent the officials to conduct the match, joint secretary, NCA, Ahidur Rahman said in a release.
General secretary of NCA Abu Metha has requested all cricket lovers to come and witness the match at the NCA stadium.
