On September 26, Nilaya Anthology by Asian Paints held a showcase at its Mumbai centre titled “A Gathering of Light”, featuring limited-edition candlestands created by 23 leading Indian designers.
Among the contributors was Aku, whose candlestand was crafted from bamboo and ceramic. His design reflected an emphasis on sustainability and material culture, combining natural forms with refined detailing.
