Ao Kaketshir Mungdang and Kuki Inpi Nagaland express condolences and solidarity with flood and landslide victims in Mon and Tuli.
DIMAPUR — The Ao Kaketshir Mungdang (AKM) and the Kuki Inpi Nagaland have expressed grief and extended solidarity with the victims of the recent landslide in the Mon district and the people affected by the devastating floods in Tuli, Mokokchung district.
In a solidarity message, AKM expressed sadness over the tragic loss of lives in Mon, calling it a painful reminder of the destructive impact of natural calamities. It extended condolences to the bereaved families during this difficult time.
AKM also expressed solidarity with the residents of Tuli, whose homes, crops, livelihoods, and infrastructure have been disrupted by widespread flooding. Highlighting the importance of standing together in times of crisis, the association urged citizens to rise above differences and extend support to those in distress.

The student body appreciated the tireless efforts of the district administrations, the Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), rescue personnel, security forces, medical teams, volunteers, civil society organisations, and churches. They further urged authorities to ensure that relief and rehabilitation measures are executed promptly, transparently, and efficiently.
In a separate statement, the Kuki Inpi Nagaland also expressed deep concern over the flood situation in Tuli and the landslide in Mon. Extending heartfelt sympathies to the affected families, the organisation prayed for the safety, resilience, and early restoration of normalcy in these regions.
The Kuki Inpi Nagaland commended the Government of Nagaland, district administrations, disaster response agencies, security forces, medical personnel, volunteers, churches, and civil society organisations for their dedicated rescue and relief efforts. It appealed to citizens, charitable organisations, and well-wishers to extend all possible assistance to the affected communities.
