DIMAPUR — Advisor for Land Resources, G Ikuto Zhimomi, attended the platinum jubilee celebrations of the Ngozübomi Baptist Church in Zunheboto on Sunday.
Delivering a message, Zhimomi emphasised that the concept of jubilee transcends mere organisational mandates or guidelines set forth by associations such as SBAK, NBCC, CBCNEI, or the World Baptist Convention.
According to a press release, he stressed that jubilee is fundamentally a divine promise rooted in the scriptures.

"Jubilee is not merely a set of rules or commands; it is a sacred promise from God," stated Zhimomi. "As we celebrate this momentous occasion, we are reminded that jubilee should be observed in holiness and in faith, reflecting our commitment to the teachings of the Bible."
The advisor highlighted the significance of the jubilee, describing it as a time for liberation, rest, restoration, and peace. He said that the 75-year journey of the church symbolises not only a milestone in its existence but also a testament to "maturity in Christ, maturity in faith and a deeper understanding of God".
