Acharya greets Aos on Moatsu

Dimapur, May 1 (EMN): Governor PB Acharya has extended festival greetings to the Ao community on the occasion of Moatsu which marks the completion of the season of sowing seeds in the field. A Raj Bhavan statement on Tuesday informed that the governor ‘called on to take time and thank the almighty for his unwavering love and blessing’. “In his message, the governor appealed to the Ao community to preserve the rich tradition and culture through the festival and also promote peaceful co-existence in the society for all round development in the state. “May the festival of Moatsu bring peace, unity and prosperity to the Aos in particular and Nagas in general,” the statement read.
