Oja - Mother is a song dedicated to all mothers. Oja in Ao-Naga dialect means Mother and the video has been made as a prelude to Mother’s Day which is on May 14.
The leading solo instrumentation at the beginning and in the middle is the new wind Naga musical instrument called Bamhum . Bamhum had recently been given the National Award from the President of India on April 4 this year. The song also features acoustic drums and acoustic guitar.
