DIMAPUR — The closing ceremony of the 37th annual sports meet of Ato Area Sports Association (AASA) was held at Khehoi village local ground, with Mughapu V Yepthomi, advisor-cum-consultant of Global Network Group and vice president of Western Sumi Sports Association (WSSA), as the guest of honour.
The Ato Area Sports Association (AASA), in a press release, informed that the five-day sports meet included football, volleyball and badminton disciplines.
The guest of honour, in his address, complimented the AASA for promoting the U-16 football tournament, and also reminded that "through sports one becomes disciplined and civilised."
