A taste of what responsible social media is

EMN Dimapur, April 11 On April 10, Kohima College in Kohima town was the host for a seminar on social media. IT Program Management Consultant Yanpvuo Kikon was the resource person of the event. In his presentation, he stressed on the importance of information technology and social media which can be used for a progressive society. Social media has enabled mass communication literally to not just as a communication means for the masses but a platform to enable communication from the masses too, he said. With the progress of the world, youths are changing, technology is advancing and business is changing, he said. Kikon urged the faculty to stay relevant, ‘because, those who cannot adapt to change do disappear.’
