3364 persons get Covid vaccine in Mokokchung

Dimapur, March 12 (EMN): With 197 beneficiaries being administered the Covid-19 vaccine in the past one week, Mokokchung district reached a tally of 3364 beneficiaries till date.

An update from the office the chief medical officer (CMO), Mokokchung, informed that citizens above 60 years and those citizens within the age group 45-59 years with co morbidity could avail the facility at immunisation room of the District Hospital Mokokchung (IMDH) on three weekdays from Monday to Wednesday between 10 am to 4 pm. It informed all the beneficiaries to carry documents such as Aadhar card, electoral photo ID, pensioners ID, driving license, PAN card for registration.

It added that citizens within the age group 45-59 years with co-morbidities/ diseases could avail vaccination only after producing/ uploading certification of co-morbidity signed by a registered medical practitioner in addition to photo ID card.

It further added that self registration could be done at CO-WIN App, Arogya Setu App or log on to cowin.gov.in their mobile number. It informed that onsite registration could also be availed at the session site.

All beneficiaries are asked to wear a mask, sanitise hands at entry and maintain 2-meter physical distancing strictly.
