Dimapur, Jan. 18: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome, has informed all the pooling officials appointed for the forthcoming Urban Local Bodies election that the second round of training will be held on January 20 at Dimapur Government College. The time is scheduled from 11 a.m. for presiding officer & 1st polling officials and from 1:30 onwards for 2nd and 3rd polling officials.
DC also informed that the third phase of training is tentatively scheduled to be held on January 28. Strict disciplinary action will be initiated against those polling officials who fail to turn up for the second phase of training as per the provisions of Representation of the people Act, 1957.
