NRA to organise 2nd Inter-District Shooting Championship

2nd Inter-District Shooting Championship 2023 in Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun (NR) events at Aries Sports Complex Shooting Range, Bamunpukhuri-I, Dimapur, from June 21 to the 24th — Nagaland Rifle Association (NRA)

DIMAPUR — The 2nd Inter-District Shooting Championship 2023 in Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun (NR) events will be held at Aries Sports Complex Shooting Range, Bamunpukhuri-I, Dimapur, from June 21 to the 24th as per rules and regulations under National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) Match Book 2022 (amended).

The championship is organised and conducted by the Nagaland Rifle Association (NRA), an update stated.

Shooters who have not received or applied for their shooter ID number, have been informed to visit NRAI website www.thenrai.org to check status or apply for their ID number.

The entries with normal fee will be accepted till 6 pm of June 15 and late entries with triple entry fee will be accepted till 6 pm of June 17.

The events include 1. 10M air rifle, 10M Air pistol, 25M pistol, 25M rapid fire pistol, 50M .22 peep sight rifle, 50M .22 open sight rifle and shotgun.

NRA informed that all participants are expected to abide by the rules and regulations for the competitions. “Discipline on and off the field is very essential. Shooting practices in hotels are strictly prohibited,” it stated.
