2nd edition of Dimapur Youth Festival comes to close

[caption id="attachment_281004" align="alignnone" width="565"] DJ Aloza performing at the final night of the Dimapur Youth Festival 2019 held at DDSC stadium in Dimapur on November 2.[/caption] Our Reporter Dimapur, Nov. 2 (EMN): The second edition of the Dimapur Youth Festival (DYF) ended on a high note as music lovers danced to songs at the final night of the DYF held at the Dimapur District Sports Complex (DDSC) stadium in Dimapur on November 2. The three-day event was organised by the MW Enterprise in collaboration with Dimapur Naga Students’ Union (DNSU), Act of Kindness Society, Kongro Naga On Wheels (KNOW) and Music-A. The final day of the event witnessed an overwhelming performance from guest artists including Alobo Naga & The Band and DJ Aloza, the first female certified female DJ of Nagaland. Since 90’s, the winner of the DYF 2019 band hunt and the runners up Paradigm Shift, fired up the stage with their special performances, setting the mood right for the spectators. The best photography composition was awarded to Photography Club Dimapur with a cash prize of INR 3000 along with certificates at the final day of the event. Clay art was also demonstrated by Akup Buchem on the final day.
