Dimapur, Sept. 1: Emporium Skill Training Institute, Dimapur, has provided job placement to 28 Naga students at Grand Hyatt, Bolgatty, in Kochi.
The 28 trainees were selected through campus interview conducted by the personal manager of Grand Hyatt, Bolgatty, Evoy Pinto and the assistant director of food and beverages, Md. Shoeb, on September 1 at the institute.
“Grand Hyatt is a part of the Hyatts hotel corporation, one of the largest five star hotel brand from the United States of America and the hotel is conducting the interview for the first time in Nagaland,” maintained Emporium Skill Training Institute operations manager, Anirbhan Mukherjee.
“The students will be joining their jobs shortly. Apart from good salaries and perks, the five star hotel will also provide free of cost accommodation and food to all the selected candidates.
Emporium students from Nagaland have already set a benchmark in the aviation and hospitality industry,” he maintained.
Mukherjee affirmed that the Emporium skill training institute will continue to bring in such opportunities for the youth of Nagaland.
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) scheme is a blessing for the unemployed youth of Nagaland, Mukherjee said.
He also expressed appreciation to the directorate of employment, skill development and entrepreneurship for initiating the training project in joint collaboration with the institute in transforming many lives in the state.
