2330933 beneficiaries vaccinated till May 11

Nagaland has reported 155 deaths till date as per the latest update and the cumulative number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered in the state starting from January 16 till May 11 was 2330933 through 3717 sessions as per the data provided to Eastern Mirror.

These include 15155 total healthcare workers (HCW) who have taken the first dose and 10057 who have taken the second dose; 52156 frontline workers (FLW) who have taken the first dose and 27338 who have taken the second dose; 114132 beneficiaries in the age group of 45 years and above have taken the first dose and 14255 who have taken the second dose.

The state target for 45 year and above, as per the 2011 census was 454527, HCW 25007 and FLW 72256.  The vaccination for 18-44 years in the state is yet to take place.

The ministry of Health and Family Welfare update on the state-wise number of districts with positivity rates higher than 10% and 20% showed that three districts in Nagaland had positivity higher than 10% and three districts higher than 20%.

District wise beneficiaries of the first and second dose of vaccination starting from January 16 to May 11 are given below.
