Diphu, June 19 (EMN): At least 13 persons were injured when an over loaded Tata mobile vehicle fell into Cherim Thepi village turning site on June 17 under Jirikynding police station of No.9 Amreng MAC constituency.
According to the victims, the accident occurred when they were coming back from Langsomepi Langchijing L.P School polling station (Lift wing) after casting their votes and heading towards their village Langsomepi where 18 Kms far away from polling station. All the 13 injured persons are admitted in Diphu Civil hospital.
According the report, all the expenses were done by the candidates of Amreng Constituency from Dhon Rongpi of AGP and Alice Ingtipi of Congress. One of the victim informed that other candidates are not giving any assistance.
The victims are identified as Isiah Timung, Loren Engleng, Welson Rongphar, weso Terangpi, Kadom Englengpi, Juli Rongpipi, Nirola Terangpi, Werisa Millickpi, Kare Hansepi, kache Terangpi, Kasang Beypi, yespina Ronghipi and Baby Millickpi.
All of them from Langsomepi village under Jirikynding Police Station.
