DIMAPUR — Twelve students and one teacher guide left Nagaland on Wednesday for the 2nd batch exposure visit to the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Bengaluru.
This exposure programme is part of the North East Programme for Awareness, Reach and Knowledge on Space (NE-SPARKS).
It is initiated by the Ministry of Development of the North Eastern Region (DoNER) in collaboration with the Government of Nagaland, an official from the Directorate of School Education, Nagaland, Kohima, stated.

The students are from Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Dimapur; Pranab Vidhyapith Higher Secondary School, Dimapur; Government Higher Secondary School, Dimapur; Government Higher Secondary School, Chümoukedima; Unity Christian Higher Secondary School, Chümoukedima; and North Town Higher Secondary School, Chümoukedima.
The team is led by teacher guide Keneile-u Suokhrie, and they will return to Nagaland on June 28.
